Process only files that you created or have permission to use. DrowPack does not claim ownership of your source or output files, but the rights you can actually obtain depend on the source rights, the AI provider's terms, and applicable law. Always back up important files yourself and review every result.
1. Service scope
DrowPack provides image preview, resizing, PNG and JPG saving, purpose-specific ZIP packages, original-quality SVG, and pure vector SVG conversion in the browser. It may optionally provide image editing and AI-assisted SVG preparation through an external AI provider.
Features, supported formats, file sizes, AI models, rate limits, and availability can change or be temporarily suspended according to the browser, device, external provider, and operating environment. DrowPack does not promise to maintain a particular feature permanently.
2. Files you may use
You may process only a file that meets at least one of the following conditions:
- You created the file and hold the necessary rights
- You obtained permission to edit and use it from the necessary rights holders, such as copyright, publicity, or trademark owners
- You may use it within the scope permitted by its license or applicable law
The fact that a file can be downloaded from the Internet does not itself grant permission to edit or redistribute it. If you are uncertain, consult the rights holder or an appropriately qualified professional.
3. Rights in source and output files
DrowPack does not claim ownership of a source file you select or the output file generated by DrowPack. However, passing a file through DrowPack does not automatically grant a new copyright or license.
The rights you can obtain or exercise in an output can depend on:
- Existing copyright, trademark, and publicity rights in the source and included elements
- Licenses for stock images, fonts, brushes, templates, and other source material
- The latest terms and model licenses of AI and hosting providers
- The laws applicable where you live and where you publish or sell the output
- The extent of human creative contribution and editing
DrowPack does not assess the legal status of an individual output or provide legal advice.
4. Responsible use of AI features
When you run an AI feature, a reduced copy of the current canvas and your prompt enter an external AI processing flow. See the AI image-editing guide and Privacy Policy for details.
AI output is not guaranteed to be factual, depict the same person, preserve exact text, logo geometry, color, or resolution, or be free of rights issues. Before publishing, delivering, or selling it, compare the source and result yourself and make any necessary corrections and disclosures.
5. Prohibited uses
You must not use DrowPack for any of the following:
- Illegal activity or infringement of another person's legal rights
- Copyright, trademark, or publicity-right infringement, counterfeiting, or impersonation
- Non-consensual sexual imagery, child sexual abuse or exploitation material, or harmful content involving minors
- Fraud, phishing, forged identity documents or certificates, or manipulation intended to deceive others
- Threats, harassment, hate, defamation, or non-consensual surveillance
- Deceptively distributing manipulated imagery of political or social events as authentic records
- Malware, attacks on the service, bypassing access controls, excessive automated requests, or evading rate limits
- Conduct that violates the terms of an AI provider, hosting provider, or applicable law
If a violation is suspected, we may restrict the relevant feature or access and cooperate with lawful reporting procedures where necessary.
6. Result review and submission responsibility
- Confirm that every downloaded file opens and has the expected dimensions and format
- Review SVG outlines, small holes, text, white details, and path complexity
- Compare faces, hands, text, logos, and factual representations in AI output with the source
- Separately verify the latest specifications of a platform, printer, or cutting machine
- Back up the source and accepted result in a safe location
- Add necessary provenance or modification disclosures to AI edits that could otherwise mislead
Auto-tracing and AI editing are not guaranteed substitutes for professional design, print supervision, legal review, or manual Bezier work.
7. Availability and disclaimers
DrowPack aims to keep the service accurate and safe within reasonable limits, but does not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with a particular browser, of a particular quality, or fit for a particular purpose. File corruption, browser termination, insufficient memory, network errors, external AI outages, and model changes can occur.
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for backing up the source before using the service and for reviewing the result. Test an important workflow with a small copy first.
8. External services and links
Cloudflare Workers AI, Google advertising, and external documentation links are subject to the latest terms, licenses, and privacy policies of their respective providers. A link from DrowPack does not guarantee every statement or the continuing availability of the external service.
9. Changes
If features, providers, legal requirements, or operating practices change, we may revise these Terms and show a new last-updated date. Continuing to use the service after a change can make the revised scope applicable, so review the latest document before important work.
